Who we Are
Paella House Restaurant brings to Central Florida a quaint, family style establishment that will surely make you feel at home. Dedicated to offering honest, authentic regional Spanish food. Our goal is to give our guests a true taste of what we grew up with in Southern Spain.
We offers a culinary trip to Spain without the flight. From our imported Jamon Serrano to white anchovies and much more. You will experience the culinary origins of many of today's favorite dishes. Our Paella is our specialty, always cooked to order. The fresh ingredients and cooking style will make your mouth water in anticipation. When the Paella arrives table side it is served to you by our staff. Enjoy some Chorizo al Brandi or fresh Calamari while you wait for your Paella. We have a wonderful selection of wine to accompany your meal. And let me not forget our House Sangria... it is amazing!!
Our Chef
Born and Raised in the province of Andalucía, owner and Chef Bernie, grew up around some of the most sophisticated regional culinary masters and royal kitchens in Seville and Cadiz. Bernie has taken her art and love for the kitchen and gives a bit of herself in every dish presented here, at Paella house.
